We are happy to offer you a convenient way to pay your association fees online. The payment process you will go through can be done one time or be set up on a recurring basis. Please keep in mind that there are fees associated with conducting business electronically and if you do not wish to pay these fees, Multiventure Properties, Inc. does accept other forms of payment. You will be prompted on the following pages to accept the convenience fee when applicable. This convenience fee is charged and collected by the credit card company.  Neither Multiventure Properties, Inc., or your association receives any part of the convenience fee that is assessed.  Currently, this system accepts Electronic Check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We are sorry but we can not accept American Express at this time.
